A Site Engineer acts as the main technical advisor on a construction site, ensuring projects are built safely, on time, and according to specifications. They bridge the gap between design and execution by conducting site surveys, supervising construction work, managing resources, solving technical issues, and ensuring health and safety compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Site Supervision & Setup: Organizing materials, setting out sites, and supervising subcontractors, foremen, and laborers.

Technical Support: Interpreting blueprints, drawings, and structural plans, and providing technical guidance to resolve unforeseen issues.

Quality & Safety Control: Conducting regular inspections, ensuring compliance with building regulations, and maintaining safety standards (., OSHA).

Project Monitoring: Tracking progress against timelines, ensuring budget compliance, and preparing daily/weekly reports for project managers.

Coordination: Acting as the liaison between clients, engineers, architects, and subcontractors.
