We are looking for a dedicated Site Engineer to join our team in Singapore. This role is suitable for candidates with varying levels of experience, from fresh graduates to those with up to six years of experience. As a Site Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of our construction projects.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Project Planning:** Assist in the planning stages of construction projects by helping to develop timelines and schedules to ensure timely completion.

- **Site Supervision:** Monitor construction activities on-site to ensure they are carried out according to plans and design specifications. Oversee the quality of work and adherence to safety standards.

- **Material Management:** Ensure that necessary materials are ordered and available on-site. Coordinate deliveries and maintain inventory levels to support ongoing work.

- **Collaboration:** Work closely with architects, contractors, and subcontractors. Communicate project updates and address any issues that arise during construction.

- **Problem Solving:** Identify any site issues quickly and propose effective solutions to keep the project on track.

**Required Skills and Expectations:**

Candidates should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a basic understanding of construction plans and engineering principles. Effective communication is essential for collaborating with team members and stakeholders.
