Key Responsibilities
• Manage day-to-day showroom sales operations
• Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and relationship building
• Handle high-value customers and convert walk-ins into sales
• Monitor stock levels, fast-moving items, and coordinate with inventory team
• Ensure proper display, merchandising, and cleanliness of showroom
• Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets
• Handle billing, schemes, and offers explanation to customers
• Resolve customer complaints professionally
• Coordinate with marketing team for promotions and campaigns
Team Management
• Supervise sales executives and assign daily targets
• Conduct performance reviews and training sessions
• Maintain discipline and positive work culture
Requirements & Qualifications
• Minimum 1-3 years experience in jewellery retail sales
• At least 1-2 years in a supervisory/manager role
• Strong knowledge of gold, diamond, and gemstone jewellery
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Leadership and team handling ability
• Basic computer knowledge (billing software, Excel)
