Hiring Fresher - Shop Keeper - Lucknow

We are looking for a dedicated Shop Manager to oversee the daily operations of our store in Arjunganj. The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of responsibility and the ability to manage a team effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage Store Operations: Ensure the store runs smoothly by overseeing day-to-day activities, including inventory management and sales.

- Supervise Staff: Lead and motivate the team to deliver excellent customer service and meet sales goals, providing training and support as needed.

- Customer Service: Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly, maintaining a positive shopping experience for all visitors.

- Inventory Management: Track stock levels, order new products as needed, and ensure the store is well-stocked and organized.

- Sales Reporting: Monitor sales performance and generate reports to identify trends and areas for improvement, assisting in setting future targets.

- Maintain Cleanliness: Ensure the store is clean and welcoming, adhering to health and safety standards.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates should have completed at least the 10th grade and have a willingness to learn. Previous experience in retail or management is a plus but not necessary, as we welcome both new and seasoned individuals.
