Shop Helper Fresher

We are looking for a dedicated Shop Helper to assist in daily operations at our shop in Madhepura, Bihar. This entry-level position is ideal for someone eager to learn and grow in a retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. **Assisting Customers**: Greet customers warmly and help them find products or answer their questions, ensuring a pleasant shopping experience.

2. **Maintaining Cleanliness**: Keep the shop clean and organized by regularly tidying shelves and disposing of trash, which helps create an inviting atmosphere for customers.

3. **Stock Management**: Assist in receiving, unpacking, and arranging stock on the shelves. This includes checking for quality and reporting any damaged goods.

4. **Cash Register Operations**: Support cashiers during busy times by handling transactions or bagging products, contributing to efficient service.

5. **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth store operations and effective communication throughout the day.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates should have completed at least the 10th grade and be male. Although no prior experience is necessary, a willingness to learn and work in a team is essential.
