role and responsibilities:

- to supervise and carry out the production activity in shift to achieve the production target and to prepare and maintain shift report and production report. to do daily/monthly material and production planning.

- responsible for maintenance jobs in shift, housekeeping, 5s system, safely handling of different hazardous chemicals.

- allocation of work to manpower and to get the best output to the related work area. monitoring and record of output of individual workmen.

- develop a good team in shifts and good working relationships at field work.

- ensuring safety norms as per company policy.
