* Must have Experience in DCS System

* And Continuous Process Plant

* And Experience in Chemical Industry

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- To supervise and carry out the production activity in shift to achieve the production target and to prepare and maintain shift report and production report. To do daily/monthly material and production planning.

- Responsible for maintenance jobs in Shift, Housekeeping, 5s System, safely handling of different hazardous chemicals.

- Allocation of work to manpower and to get the best output to the related work area. Monitoring and record of output of individual workmen.

- Develop a good team in shifts and good working relationships at field work.

- Ensuring safety norms as per company policy.
