key responsibilities:
service operations management:
oversee and manage the entire ev service department, ensuring smooth and efficient operations, from routine maintenance to complex diagnostics and repairs.
team leadership:
lead, train, and develop a team of service engineers and technicians. ensure all staff are well-versed in ev technology, safety standards, and repair protocols.
customer support:
act as the primary point of contact for escalated service issues, ensuring customer satisfaction through quick resolution of technical problems, warranty claims, and service inquiries.
service quality control:
implement and monitor standard operating procedures (sops) for ev maintenance and repairs.
ev diagnostics and troubleshooting:
utilize advanced diagnostic tools and software to identify and resolve issues related to electric powertrains, battery systems, charging infrastructure, and other ev-specific components.
warranty and claims management: oversee warranty claims and ensure compliance with manufacturer guidelines. handle disputes related to service or product failures.
vendor and manufacturer coordination: coordinate with ev manufacturers and parts suppliers for warranty repairs, part replacements, and technical updates.
inventory management: ensure that spare parts and equipment specific to evs are adequately stocked, reducing downtime and improving service efficiency.
continuous improvement:
keep up-to-date with the latest ev technology advancements, participate in training sessions, and implement innovative solutions to improve the service processes.
