duties:

visit customer site for service & installation work -electrical , hydraulic , mechanical.

provide prompt solution for site related issues by arranging manpower, material etc.

handle team of service engineers & train them technically .

updating customer service logs and internal service records in a timely manner.

requirements :

diploma / bachelors in mechanical or electrical engineering.

minimum 10 -15 years’ service experience in material handling or similar field.

should be comfortable with travelling atleast 10 days a month.
