To chalking out the Tour Plan with the respectively authority on monthly basis and required to inform the
respective authority regards his tour visits to the respective authority.
If any changes in the tour plan, the same to be informed to the respective authority and obtain permission
in this regard.
To attend all the Service calls according to the requirement of the customers. Monitor their problems and
required to provide the good service for them at any given time without fail.
To regular follow-up with the existing customers in regard to maintenance and the service is mandatory.
To visiting the customers as per the approved tour plan and required to adhere to the plan and must provide the feedback given by the customers to the respective authority.
To maintain a separate feedback book in this regard and must attend the customers for any sort of
requirement. A periodical follow-up with the customers is mandatory after the installation of the new machinery.
To attending all the customers complaints and fix the issue by visiting the customers place. Attending any
customer compliant at any time as soon as customer reports the complaints.
To maintain the registers and records as per ISO requirements, and oversee proper filing of documentation
according to the quality standards. However, ensure an indexing system and a manual check implemented every fortnight and prepare a report.
