Service Engineer - Freshers

We are looking for a dedicated Service Engineer to join our team in Kochi. The ideal candidate will assist in maintaining and repairing equipment, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. This is a full-time role suitable for recent graduates or those with up to two years of experience.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine checks and maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal functionality and reliability.

2. Troubleshooting: Diagnose technical issues in a wide range of machinery and provide effective solutions in a timely manner.

3. Customer Support: Communicate directly with clients to understand their issues, providing excellent service and support during and after repairs.

4. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of service operations, including work completed, parts used, and customer feedback.

5. Team Collaboration: Work closely with other engineers and technical staff to share knowledge and improve service procedures.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates should have a diploma in engineering or a related field. Strong problem-solving skills are essential, as well as a good understanding of mechanical and electrical systems. Effective communication skills are important for interacting with customers and team members. Candidates should be proactive, willing to learn, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
