Job Description

Job Purpose:

To ensure effective servicing, maintenance, and repair of motorcycles while providing excellent technical support and customer service, contributing to customer satisfaction and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Service & Repairs:

Perform routine servicing, troubleshooting, repairs, and maintenance of motorcycles.

Diagnose technical issues accurately and recommend corrective actions.

Ensure quality standards and timelines are met.

Customer Interaction:

Interact with customers to understand their service requirements.

Explain technical issues and solutions in a simple and professional manner.

Provide service cost estimates and get customer approvals.

We are looking for 2 Service Engineer Posts in Muthialpet, Pondicherry, with deep knowledge in Technician Activities, Preventive Maintenance, Utility Maintenance, Machine Maintenance and Required Educational Qualification is : , , , , , , , Diplomate of National Board.
