job purpose:

to ensure effective servicing, maintenance, and repair of motorcycles while providing excellent technical support and customer service, contributing to customer satisfaction and business growth.

key responsibilities:

service & repairs:

perform routine servicing, troubleshooting, repairs, and maintenance of motorcycles.

diagnose technical issues accurately and recommend corrective actions.

ensure quality standards and timelines are met.

customer interaction:

interact with customers to understand their service requirements.

explain technical issues and solutions in a simple and professional manner.

provide service cost estimates and get customer approvals.
