an ev two-wheeler service engineer diagnoses and repairs electrical and mechanical issues in electric scooters and motorcycles, performing routine maintenance, and ensuring vehicles operate efficiently and safely.

key responsibilities:

diagnosis and repair:

identify and diagnose problems with ev components like batteries, electric motors, charging systems, and control systems.

perform repairs and maintenance, including replacing parts and troubleshooting electrical and mechanical issues.

maintenance:

perform routine maintenance tasks, such as inspections, lubrication, and fluid checks.

maintain accurate records of all service activities, including service reports and parts inventory.

technical support:

provide technical troubleshooting support to customers and installers.

stay updated on the latest technology and maintenance procedures for electric vehicles.

customer service:

demonstrate exceptional customer service skills, creating a positive experience for ev owners during service interactions.

safety:

adhere to all safety regulations and protocols while handling electric vehicle systems and components.
