We are looking for a Service Coordinator to manage and streamline our service operations in Surat. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 2 years of experience in a relevant field and will work full time from our office.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Manage Service Requests:** Oversee incoming service requests from customers, ensuring they are logged and prioritized correctly for timely handling.
- **Coordinate with Teams:** Work closely with different departments, such as technical support and sales, to ensure efficient service delivery to customers.
- **Track Service Performance:** Monitor service metrics and performance indicators to ensure compliance with company standards and to identify areas for improvement.
- **Customer Communication:** Act as a point of contact for customers, providing updates and resolving any inquiries they may have regarding their service requests.
- **Documentation:** Maintain accurate records of service requests, resolutions, and follow-ups to ensure all customer interactions are properly documented.
