Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate preventive and breakdown maintenance schedules for UPS, battery banks, inverters, and HVAC systems.
Assign and dispatch field service engineers based on priority, location, and expertise.
Track service tickets, ensure closure within SLA timelines, and maintain service logs.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding service requests and escalations.
Ensure AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) compliance and timely service execution.
Monitor spares availability and coordinate with inventory/procurement teams.
Prepare and maintain service reports, job cards, and maintenance records.
Coordinate with technical teams for fault diagnosis and resolution planning.
Maintain strong communication with clients such as hospitals, data centers, and industrial facilities.
Support in quotation preparation for repairs, replacements, and upgrades.
