Evaluator Criteria-

1. Evaluate and identify issues in vehicle.

2. Estimate repair cost.

3. Required knowledge of vehicle components such as chassis, panels, paint, engine,

clutch, gearbox, brakes, suspension etc.

4. 4-6 years of technician/mechanic experience.

5. ITI/Diploma.

6. No service advisor experience.

7. No commercial vehicle experience.

8. No rival company experience ., Cars24, , Rev, OLX, Car Dekho, Carwale,

Car trade.

9. Experience in OEM based companies ., Mahindra First Choice, Maruti True Value is

accepted.

10. No Plant/manufacturing-based experience.

11. Can read and understand basic English.

12. License and Driving skills are mandatory

13. It is a field job. He must visit the customers place and evaluate the car.

Technician Criteria-
