SEO / GEO Manager

We are looking for an experienced SEO Manager to join our team in Bangalore. This role requires a strong understanding of search engine optimization and the ability to drive organic traffic to our website through effective strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop SEO Strategies: Create and implement effective SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and improve search rankings across search engines.

- Keyword Research: Conduct comprehensive keyword research to identify opportunities for content optimization and drive higher visibility.

- On-Page Optimization: Optimize website content, including titles, meta tags, and images, ensuring all elements align with best SEO practices.

- Technical SEO Monitoring: Analyze and improve the website’s technical aspects, such as site speed, mobile responsiveness, and crawl errors, ensuring optimal performance.

- Content Collaboration: Work closely with the content team to ensure that new and existing content aligns with SEO best practices and meets target audience needs.

- Performance Analysis: Utilize SEO tools to monitor website performance, traffic, and ranking metrics, making data-driven decisions for ongoing improvements.

- Stay Updated with Trends: Keep abreast of industry trends, algorithm changes, and new SEO techniques, adapting strategies as needed.

Required Skills and Expectations:

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 6-8 years of experience in SEO and possess a deep understanding of search engine algorithms. You should be skilled in using various SEO tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Ahrefs. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with different teams are crucial for this role.
