Senior Travel Designer

We are looking to hire a seasoned Travel Designer to join our luxury tourism

team. You will be responsible for promoting and booking unique,

personalized travel experiences for discerning travelers.

You should have the industry knowledge and communication skills to advise

and quote relevant travel options to clients, based on their requirements and

budget. These would include Domestic & International destinations, including

flight, accommodation, transfer & tour options, along with visa and travel

insurance. If you can communicate well and work methodically as part of a

team, wed like to meet you.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Design, craft, and curate high-end travel itineraries for discerning and

experienced travelers

Maintain fluid client communication throughout entire sales process (preto

post-travel) via email, phone, and in-person meetings

Research various destinations and means of travel regarding prices,

customs, weather conditions, reviews etc.

Organize travels from beginning to end, through booking tickets and

accommodation, securing rental transportation, confirming the bookings

with oversea suppliers and online portals, issuing the flight tickets, etc.

Providing up-to date information on Travel regulations, Visa requirements,

and useful travel/holiday material (guides, maps, event programs etc)

Preparing and handover of final tour details including tickets, visa,

insurance, confirmation details and additional things-to-do list.

Re-confirming all the services before client departure, and checking in

with clients while they are on tour.

Coordinating with clients and overseas suppliers for any on-tour issues.

Follow-up with clients post travel, on their tour experience and feedback.

Maintaining good associations with clients and suppliers to get best

market rates.

Handling unforeseen problems and complaints, during and after office

hours.
