The Senior Tool Room Incharge will oversee all operations within the tool room, ensuring efficiency and quality in tool design and production.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervision of Tool Room Operations: Lead daily operations, ensuring that all processes run smoothly and meet the required standards of quality and safety.

- Tool Design and Development: Oversee the design and development of new tools, collaborating with engineers and production teams to meet project specifications.

- Maintenance of Equipment: Ensure all machinery and tools within the tool room are well-maintained, conducting regular inspections and prompt repairs as needed.

- Team Management: Train and mentor tool room staff, assigning tasks and evaluating performance to build a strong, skilled team.

- Inventory Management: Monitor tool inventory levels, ordering materials and supplies as necessary to ensure continuous production.

- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for improving tool production processes and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
