Urgent Requirement For Senior Tester

We are seeking a Senior Tester with 8 to 12 years of experience to join our team in Siliguri, India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of software applications by developing and executing test plans.

Key responsibilities include:

- Designing Test Strategies: You will create comprehensive test plans that cover various aspects of software functionality to ensure all use cases are tested adequately.

- Executing Tests: You will perform manual and automated tests to validate software performance and identify defects before release.

- Reporting and Documentation: Maintaining detailed records of test results, defect tracking, and providing feedback for continuous improvement is crucial.

- Collaborating with Development Teams: You will work closely with developers to address issues and provide suggestions for enhancements during the development cycle.

- Mentoring Junior Testers: Guiding and supporting less experienced testers in best practices and methodologies will be part of your role.

The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail. You should have a solid understanding of software testing methodologies and tools. Experience in automation testing is highly desirable. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as you will collaborate with various teams.
