Day to day responsibilities,

1. Making outbound calls to potential customers to promote a company's products or services.

2. Answering inbound calls from customers and assisting them with any questions

or concerns they may have.

3. Gathering and inputting customer information into a customer database.

4. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all calls and customer

interactions.

5. Responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
