We are looking for a Senior Steward to join our team in Kannur. This role is essential for ensuring that all dining services run smoothly and efficiently while providing excellent customer service.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Table Setup and Maintenance:** Prepare and arrange tables for dining to create a welcoming environment for guests. This includes proper placement of utensils and decorations.

- **Guest Interaction:** Greet and seat customers, ensuring they feel comfortable and attended to. Listening to their needs and offering menu recommendations is important.

- **Order Taking:** Accurately record customer orders and communicate them to the kitchen staff. This requires attention to detail to ensure that orders are correct.

- **Serving Food and Beverages:** Deliver food and drinks to guests in a timely manner while ensuring that presentation meets our standards.

- **Cleaning and Sanitization:** Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including tables and utensils, to guarantee a hygienic environment for guests.

- **Team Collaboration:** Work closely with kitchen staff and other stewards to ensure efficient service and address any potential issues during service.

**Required Skills and Expectations:**

Candidates should have a high school diploma (12th pass) and at least 0-5 years of experience in a similar role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for interacting with guests and colleagues. The ideal candidate must be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks during busy service periods. A positive attitude and a commitment to providing high-quality service are also very important.
