1. lead generation: proactively schedule and conduct daily outside activities to generate leads and achieve sales targets.
2. marketing activities: strategically place stalls near high-traffic areas such as apartments, malls, supermarkets, and offices to attract potential customers.
3. customer interaction: attend to customer inquiries and visits on saturdays and sundays, ensuring personalized service and fostering customer relationships.
4. site visits: conduct site visits as required during weekdays, managing time efficiently to meet visit targets.
5. promotions and offers: implement company-designed sales schemes and offers, seeking necessary approvals for any modifications before finalizing sales.
6. follow-up: maintain regular follow-ups on customer visits to maximize conversion rates, ensuring no lead goes unattended.
7. reporting: track and document feedback from customer interactions and visits, submitting daily reports to management.
8. office attendance: adhere to office login and logout timings, returning to the office after outside activities to plan and update schedules.
9. financial transactions: ensure all customer payments are processed through approved company channels and not directed to personal accounts via bank transfer or upi.
10. sales targets: achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the overall sales strategy of the company.
