Our client is a UAE-based subsidiary of one of the world’s largest explosion-proof electrical manufacturers (Shanghai-listed), with a 12,000m² production and warehouse facility in Jebel Ali Free Zone. They supply over 5,000 explosion-proof and weather-proof electrical products across 19 countries in the Middle East, North Africa, India and Pakistan, serving major EPC, Oil & Gas, Offshore and Power sector customers. Their product range includes:

• Explosion/weather-proof motor switchgear

• Control equipment

• Distribution boxes and enclosures

• Air conditioners and pressurised equipment

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Our client is hiring experienced Inside Sales Engineers to drive sales of explosion-proof electrical products across hazardous industries such as Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Pharmaceutical and Mining. The role requires strong electrical engineering knowledge, understanding of ATEX/IECEx/NEC standards, and solid sales ability. The engineer will handle enquiries, understand client needs, recommend suitable solutions and support the full sales cycle from enquiry to post-sales coordination.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering

• 5+ years experience with products such as DBs, junction boxes, lighting fixtures, control panels etc.

• Experience in electrical panel manufacturing is preferred

Skills:

• Strong understanding of electrical products and technologies

• Good communication and presentation skills

• Knowledge of pricing, revenue basics and marketing (demand generation, channels, loyalty programs)

• Ability to work across teams in a dynamic environment

• Self-driven, flexible, team-oriented

• Project execution experience is preferred
