Senior QA Lead

• Develop QA Processes and Procedures to enhance QA methodology for test and defect

management

• Help in efforts estimation and manage the day-to-day activities of QA team members

• Manage testing schedules, work allocation to team members and ensure that the QA team

meets expectations and deadlines

• Participate in testing cycle to identify the bugs in the syste

• Maintain documentation related to the software or system

• Participate in discussions, contribute ideas for better user experience and product quality

• Interact and negotiate with third-party Testing vendors for QA related activities

• Timely provide the QA updates to superiors

• Hires and trains quality assurance staff.

• Knowledge on various QA activities such as Functional testing, Performance/Load testing,

Penetration testing, Automation testing etc.

• Knowledge on Mobile and Web Application Automation (Appium and Selenium), Hybrid

frameworks
