Job Location :- Pune (PMC and PCMC)

Responsibilities:

ï‚·Team Management & reporting experience.

ï‚·Involves conducting primary pharmacy surveys

ï‚·Managing cluster mapping for field operations

ï‚·Daily reporting and MIS in given data formats

ï‚·Daily pre-planned meetings with Doctors combined with Doctor Surveys

ï‚·Should be able to make timely and accurate projections of business generation

ï‚·Regular Inter-departmental coordination

ï‚·Should be able to manage a team of Health-workers from a business generation point of view

ï‚·Should understand Channel Sales Management processes and/or experience with Channel sales will be preferable.

Requirements :

ï‚·Bachelor's degree in public relations, communications, marketing, or a related field.

ï‚·At least 5 years of experience in public relations, preferably in the healthcare industry.

ï‚·Excellent organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

ï‚·Familiarity with healthcare regulations and industry trends related to routine vaccinations would be preferred.

Should have good ‘People’ skills and strong interpersonal communication skills.

ï‚·Should have excellent MS office skills (PPT and Excel).

ï‚·Experience of working on CRM apps will be preferred (but not a must)
