responsibilities:

team management & reporting experience.

involves conducting primary pharmacy surveys

managing cluster mapping for field operations

daily reporting and mis in given data formats

daily pre-planned meetings with doctors combined with doctor surveys

should be able to make timely and accurate projections of business generation

regular inter-departmental coordination

should be able to manage a team of health-workers from a business generation point of view

should understand channel sales management processes and/or experience with channel sales will be preferable.

requirements :

bachelor's degree in public relations, communications, marketing, or a related field.

at least 5 years of experience in public relations, preferably in the healthcare industry.

excellent organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

familiarity with healthcare regulations and industry trends related to routine vaccinations would be preferred.

should have good ‘people’ skills and strong interpersonal communication skills.

should have excellent ms office skills (ppt and excel).

experience of working on crm apps will be preferred (but not a must)
