Looking For Senior Manager-projects

Diverse project experience in India/overseas, preferably including multimodal transportation (highways, railways, ports and airports), logistics, warehousing, industrial parks, etc.

Proven track record in business development, client interface, planning, financing, procurement, management & marketing of transportation projects & assets.

This role includes identifying target projects, sites, verifying location connectivity, land use plans and local laws, acquisition and mutation of land, site development, completion of road/rail connectivity and utilities, etc., traffic analysis and forecasting.

Business Development with investors & partners, marketing of completed projects / assets to end users.

Deep understanding of multimodal logistics & supply chain management.
