Senior Production Manager Fresher

We are seeking a dedicated Senior Production Officer to join our team in Palakollu, West Godavari. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing production processes and ensuring that products meet quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. **Production Oversight**: Monitor daily production activities to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. You will be responsible for coordinating production schedules and ensuring targets are met.

2. **Quality Control**: Implement and maintain quality control procedures. You will conduct inspections and tests to ensure all products meet company and industry standards.

3. **Team Management**: Lead and motivate the production team. Regular training and performance assessments will be part of your role to ensure staff are well-equipped to meet production goals.

4. **Reporting**: Prepare detailed production reports and present them to management. You will analyze data to identify areas for improvement and provide actionable recommendations.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates should possess a postgraduate degree and ideally have some experience in production management, although fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential for this role. You should be well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines. Familiarity with production machinery and processes is a plus, as is a basic understanding of quality assurance principles.
