responsibilities of the job include:
* planning and organizing production schedules
* assessing project and resource requirements
* ensuring that health and safety regulations are met
* determining quality control standards
* overseeing production processes
* re-negotiating timescales or schedules as necessary
* selecting, ordering and purchasing materials
* organizing the repair and routine maintenance of production equipment
* liaising with marketing and sales staff
* supervising and managing the work of junior staff
* organizing relevant training sessions
* product realization and loss monitoring and control
* worker efficiency report to be ensure
* all production related documents and records updates
* all process to be ensure ( iso ,5s,kaizen ,tqm)
requirements :
* minimum experience in production unit (07 to 10 years )
* qualification - (or) chemistry
* thorough knowledge of industrial and safety procedures and legal regulations and guidelines
* excellent critical thinking and problem-solving ability
*male candidate only preferred
