Hiring For Senior Merchant (Female Only)

Handle complete merchandising process from order confirmation to shipment

Coordinate with buyers, production, sampling, quality, and dispatch teams

Develop new styles, costing, and sample follow-ups

Ensure timely execution of orders as per buyer specifications

Manage material sourcing, T&A, and production planning

Monitor quality standards and resolve buyer complaints if any

Prepare production reports, order status, and shipment updates

Negotiate with vendors and ensure cost control

Maintain strong buyer relationships
