Understanding buyers requirement, part of business meetings to make strategies for the entire year

• Product development – co ordination with Designer teams to develop the entire range that is trend based

• Finalizing the entire product range with Designers and buyer

• Identify the Vendor based on product category to ensure correct product is developed and maintain vendor

relations for smooth working of supply chain

• Managing execution with vendors and cross functional teams and buyers in day to day activities

• Capacity planning and Risk assessment with vendors while discussing with Internal buying teams

• Costings of all styles, Negotiation with vendors as well as buyers

• New fabric sourcing from India as well as China

• PO Release , maintaining records excel till the shipment dispatch

• Strong follow ups, WIP production TNA with the entire teams

• Follow up till shipment delivery and post shipment related issues (short ships/extra ships/payment related
