Name of the Post: Sr. Manager Admin/HR & Legal
Qualifications: MBA or its equivalent, preferably LLB. Age: around 55-60, Pleasing Personality, Good command in written/spoken English,
Experience: 10 Years€™ plus experience in the discipline
KEY ROLES OF DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
i) Responsible for finding, recruiting, screening and training job applicants.
ii) Responsible for all types€™ statutory compliances: Labour Laws-Provident Fund & ESI, Welfare Funds, Gratuity or any other obligations. Timely Periodical Returns.
iii) Insurance coverage of Company€™s owned Units, Medical coverage of employees.
iv) To deal and monitor Legal matters of the Company & liaisoning with Advocates.
v) Time Attendance Control, Biometric systems, Muster Control. Preparation of Timely Wages on roll of employees, Vendors & their attendance control.
vi) Handling employees€™ compensation & benefits, offering career developments.
vii) Development of Policies to maintain conducive/congenial & Industrial Harmony.
