Key Responsibilities
Conduct client consultations to understand lifestyle needs, design preferences, budgets, and timelines.
Develop design concepts using mood boards, layouts, and visual references.
Prepare and present 2D AutoCAD drawings,Furniture working drawings, factory drawings and 3D designs (SketchUp / 3ds Max / V-Ray or Enscape Rendering ).
Create efficient space plans aligned with functional requirements and Vastu principles.
Select and specify materials, finishes, furniture, and fixtures.
Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and final quotations for client approval.
Coordinate with project managers, supervisors, vendors, and contractors for smooth execution.
Support site execution and ensure design intent is delivered accurately.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting quality standards and deadlines.
Maintain clear documentation and client communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Skills & Qualification
2-5 years of experience in residential interior design.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and basic 3D visualization tools.
Strong understanding of space planning, materials, and finishes.
Experience with BOQs, costing, and budget alignment.
Good client presentation and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, execution-driven environment.
Strong coordination skills with cross-functional teams.
