Talent Acquisition & Recruitment Lead
End-to-end recruitment for all plant positions, including manpower planning, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
Develop sourcing strategies to attract specialized talent for pharmaceutical manufacturing, QA/QC, and Operations roles through job boards, social media, and professional networks.
Screen profiles, conduct interviews, and collaborate with hiring managers to ensure technical and cultural fit.
Maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical and future roles.
Strengthen employer branding to position the organization as a preferred employer in the pharma industry.
Employee Engagement
Implement engagement programs to boost motivation, satisfaction, and retention.
Organize employee events, wellness initiatives, and team-building activities to foster a positive workplace culture.
Act as a primary contact for HR queries, policy clarifications, and grievance handling, ensuring fair resolution.
System & Compliance
Maintain candidate and employee data in SAP with accuracy and compliance.
Utilize SAP HR modules for end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee records, and offboarding.
Ensure strict adherence to internal SOPs and regulatory requirements across all HR processes.
Ensure accurate documentation during onboarding and complete all required records promptly within HR systems.
