We are looking for a proactive Recruitment cum Operations Executive to join our growing team at Acupro Consulting.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys managing the end-to-end recruitment process while also supporting day-to-day operational activities. If you have strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask efficiently, we€™d love to hear from you!

🔹 Key Responsibilities

€¢ Manage the full recruitment cycle €“ sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding

€¢ Post job openings on job portals and LinkedIn

€¢ Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports

€¢ Assist in offer letter preparation and onboarding documentation

€¢ Support daily operational and administrative activities

€¢ Coordinate with internal teams for smooth workflow

€¢ Maintain employee records and internal trackers

€¢ Assist in organizing internal events, training sessions, and office activities

🔹 Required Skills

€¢ Strong communication and interpersonal skills

€¢ Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

€¢ Strong organizational and coordination abilities

€¢ Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

🔹 Preferred Qualification

Bachelor€™s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience in consulting, accounting, or professional services firms will be an added advantage.
