The role is a hands-on senior design position responsible for maintaining Vastu Vihar's visual language across marketing, branding, sales and project-related materials, while mentoring 2-3 junior designers.

Brochures, hoardings, standees, signage and sales collateral

Real-estate/project marketing designs

Important responsibilities

Branding and campaign design

Brochures, floor plans, price lists and sales collateral

Hoardings, unipoles, site walls and gantries

Print production, CMYK, bleed, trapping, spot colours and press approvals

Meta, Google, YouTube and WhatsApp creatives

Short-form video/motion assets

Converting architectural drawings into sales-ready designs

Working with 3D/CGI/walkthrough vendors

Directing photo/video shoots

Maintaining design templates and asset libraries

Mentoring junior designers

Ensuring RERA numbers, disclaimers and disclosures are included in marketing material.

Good-to-have

Real estate/construction experience, understanding of carpet/built-up/super built-up area, FAR, unit mix and possession timelines; ability to read AutoCAD/Revit/SketchUp outputs; CGI/3D experience; RERA marketing compliance; and exposure to tier-2/3 eastern Indian markets.
