responsibilities & duties
• collaborate with internal departments, to create reporting for departments such as finance, sales, customer success, hr, and r&d (some aggregation across departments is expected). the candidate is expected to work closely with chief of staff.
• collect, clean, and analyze large datasets, which may include code creation and development of apis between powerbi and the following: pendo, netsuite, salesforce, gainsight, hubspot, adp, etc..
• develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to effectively communicate key insights and metrics.
• create unified customer data usage tracking system to support upsell/cross-sell motion and create overage data for billing teams.
• conduct ad-hoc analysis to address specific business questions or challenges.
• implement data quality checks and ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial and sales data.
• stay informed about industry best practices and emerging trends in data analysis and visualization.
