ï‚· To coordinate with clients & agencies for Tour Packages, hotel booking, airline and

visas.

ï‚· Processing flight and hotel booking with necessary visa and passport applications for

tour packages.

ï‚· Will have to maintain record of hotel ,flights and client based

ï‚· Liaising with agents in person, over the phone or via email to discuss their travel

requirements.

ï‚· Making and confirming bookings with ground suppliers

ï‚· Issuing relevant documents time wise itinerary, meal charts & vouchers

ï‚· Researching destinations and keeping up to date with travel industry news
