Job Responsibilities:
— Manage and strengthen customer relationships, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction and retention.
— Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting and lead generation to deal closing and client follow-up.
— Handle leads efficiently, ensuring timely responses, follow-ups, and conversion into
clients.
— Oversee client relationship management (CRM) tools and maintain organized records of client interactions.
— Work closely with junior team members to provide mentorship and guide best practices in sales and client handling.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
— At least 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or customer
relationship management.
— Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills, with a proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
— Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
— Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced work environment
