Senior Backend Engineer – Python - Full Time

We are hiring a Senior Backend Engineer (Python) for an on-site role in Indore. We’re looking for candidates with strong backend development experience in building secure, scalable, and high-performance systems for transaction-heavy platforms.

The role involves designing RESTful and event-driven services, working on backend systems for payments, wallets, transactions, player accounts, and compliance-driven workflows. Candidates should have experience with scalable APIs, database design, concurrency, transactional integrity, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and high-availability systems.

Required Skills:

Strong proficiency in Python

Experience with RESTful & event-driven APIs

Knowledge of distributed systems & scalability

Database design & transactional integrity

Experience with CI/CD pipelines

Secure coding & vulnerability mitigation

High-concurrency and high-availability systems

Monitoring, logging & incident handling

Payment gateway & third-party integrations

Fintech / AML / KYC / compliance system experience (preferred)
