Hiring Senior Architects For Bangalore

We are looking for a Senior Architect (Designer) to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have 5 to 10 years of experience in architectural design and a diploma in architecture. This is a full-time position that requires working from the office.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Design Development:** Create innovative architectural designs that align with the project requirements and client expectations. You will conceptualize, visualize, and produce high-quality design presentations.

- **Project Management:** Oversee architectural projects from initial concept through to completion. Ensure that timelines are met, budgets are adhered to, and quality standards are maintained throughout the process.

- **Collaboration:** Work closely with other team members, stakeholders, and clients to gather requirements and translate them into design solutions. Effective communication is essential for successful collaboration.

- **Technical Documentation:** Prepare detailed architectural drawings, specifications, and other documentation required for construction. Your attention to detail will ensure that all designs are technically sound.

- **Site Visits:** Conduct on-site assessments during various project phases to ensure designs are being implemented correctly and address any issues that arise promptly.

**Required Skills and Expectations:**

Candidates must have a strong understanding of architectural design principles and be proficient in design software such as AutoCAD and SketchUp. We expect excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
