Senior Architect

We are looking for an experienced and driven Senior Architect to take the lead on design, planning, and project execution across a variety of architectural developments. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional who can balance creativity with construction knowledge, while mentoring young talent and ensuring the highest standards in design delivery.

You-ll play a key role in translating ideas into reality-guiding the process from concept to site handover with both leadership and precision.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead conceptualization, space planning, and detailed design of projects

- Oversee preparation of working drawings, 3D models, and client presentations

- Collaborate with civil engineers, site teams, and consultants for smooth execution

- Review and approve architectural documentation, BOQs, and materials

- Mentor and guide junior architects, ensuring design quality and consistency

- Conduct client meetings, manage design revisions, and ensure project timelines

- Participate in site inspections to verify design adherence and finishing standard

Qualifications:

- or from a recognized institution

- 3-5years of professional experience in architectural design and execution

- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Photoshop, and Lumion

- In-depth understanding of building codes, construction materials, and site coordination

- Excellent design thinking, team leadership, and communication skills

- Ability to manage multiple projects and handle client expectations smoothly
