Senior Architect

we are looking for an experienced and driven senior architect to take the lead on design, planning, and project execution across a variety of architectural developments. this role is ideal for a seasoned professional who can balance creativity with construction knowledge, while mentoring young talent and ensuring the highest standards in design delivery.

you-ll play a key role in translating ideas into reality-guiding the process from concept to site handover with both leadership and precision.

key responsibilities:

- lead conceptualization, space planning, and detailed design of projects

- oversee preparation of working drawings, 3d models, and client presentations

- collaborate with civil engineers, site teams, and consultants for smooth execution

- review and approve architectural documentation, boqs, and materials

- mentor and guide junior architects, ensuring design quality and consistency

- conduct client meetings, manage design revisions, and ensure project timelines

- participate in site inspections to verify design adherence and finishing standard

qualifications:

- or from a recognized institution

- 3-5years of professional experience in architectural design and execution

- strong proficiency in autocad, sketchup, revit, photoshop, and lumion

- in-depth understanding of building codes, construction materials, and site coordination

- excellent design thinking, team leadership, and communication skills

- ability to manage multiple projects and handle client expectations smoothly
