we are looking for an experienced and driven senior architect to take the lead on design, planning, and project execution across a variety of architectural developments. this role is ideal for a seasoned professional who can balance creativity with construction knowledge, while mentoring young talent and ensuring the highest standards in design delivery.

you��ll play a key role in translating ideas into reality��guiding the process from concept to site handover with both leadership and precision.

key responsibilities:

�� lead conceptualization, space planning, and detailed design of projects

�� oversee preparation of working drawings, 3d models, and client presentations

�� collaborate with civil engineers, site teams, and consultants for smooth execution

�� review and approve architectural documentation, boqs, and materials

�� mentor and guide junior architects, ensuring design quality and consistency

�� conduct client meetings, manage design revisions, and ensure project timelines

�� participate in site inspections to verify design adherence and finishing standard

qualifications:

�� or from a recognized institution

�� 3-5years of professional experience in architectural design and execution

�� strong proficiency in autocad, sketchup, revit, photoshop, and lumion

�� in-depth understanding of building codes, construction materials, and site coordination

�� excellent design thinking, team leadership, and communication skills

�� ability to manage multiple projects and handle client expectations smoothly
