Roles and Responsibilities

Managing & Overseeing Work of other Junior Accountants. Responsible for overall accountancy of the firm.

Filing and completing time bound payments and government dues,

Supervising store for receipt & dispatch of goods and Incoming goods reconciliation ,

monitor purchase , maintain petty cash book, bank reconciliation,

TDS Deposit and TDS Return

GSTR1 Filing, GSTR2 Reconciliation , GSTR3B & Filing GSTR9

FInalization of Balance Sheet

Overseeing and Maintaining Files

Managing Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable

Manage foreign exchange remittances,

Scrutinizing export invoices and export documentation,

working capital management including debtors and creditors listing and management, overall responsibility of good accounting procedure, vendor payment management

Team Player with good communication skills to liaison with other senior members of the dept and management

Team Player and has worked with and managed a team of accountants with good accounting skills and communication
