key responsibilities:

• manage day-to-day accounting operations

• prepare financial statements and reports

• oversee team performance and provide guidance

• ensure compliance with statutory requirements and internal controls

• assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis

• coordinate with auditors and other stakeholders

qualifications & experience:

• chartered accountant (ca) preferred

• minimum 7-8 years of accounting experience

• proven leadership skills and team management abilities

• strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• excellent communication and interpersonal skills

remuneration:

starting salary of rs 70,000 per month, negotiable based on experience and caliber. additional benefits as per company policies.
