Security Supervisor Job in Mejia (Bankura)

We Are is hiring an experienced Security Supervisor for a job opportunity in Mejia, Bankura, West Bengal. Candidates with 2-3 years of relevant security/supervisory experience and an . qualification or above are encouraged to apply.

Salary:-16,878/- per month (PF & ESI)

Duty Hours:- 12 Hours ( 1 Day Holiday)

Job Location:- Mejia, Bankura

Job Responsibilities:-

Supervise and manage security guards and daily security operations.

Maintain proper discipline and security procedures at the site.

Monitor entry and exit of employees, visitors and vehicles.

Conduct regular security rounds and inspections.

Prepare and maintain daily security reports.

Handle security-related incidents and immediately report them to management.

Ensure proper deployment and attendance of security personnel.

Coordinate with site management during emergencies.

Candidate Requirements:-

Qualification: Min 12th Pass

2-3 years of experience in security supervisor or a similar role.

Good communication and leadership skills.

Ability to manage security staff and work in shifts.

Responsible and disciplined attitude.
