Job Description:

1. Co-ordinate with other department head and management

2. To maintain Network(Hardware/Software) in good Condition

3. To maintain hardware in good condition/ and do periodic cleaning

4. To check system performance and maintain its health

5. To keep inventory record related to IT department

6. To install and upgrade hardware software.

7. Provide support to all Techence users related to IT for example- System/EPABX/Software/Network/VC/Projector etc.

8. To provide support to all department whenever required

9. To do routine preventive maintenance

10. To take care of the Server room and maintain all safeguards in the server room as well as wherever required.

11. To maintain software license details

12. To ensure data secrecy and safety

13. To ensure proper disposal of e waste as per standard norms

14. Collect Quotation for any procurement in IT department and do comparison

15. Drop and Pickup maintenance material to vendor/service station

Qualification: , (Computer/IT), /, BCA, MCA

Experience: 7 To 15 Years
