Security Manager Required in Singapore

We are looking for a dedicated Security Manager to oversee and manage our security operations in Singapore. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining a safe environment. The ideal candidate should have 9 to 15 years of relevant experience.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Develop Security Policies**: Create and implement security policies and procedures to ensure the safety of all personnel and assets within the organization.

- **Monitor Security Systems**: Oversee the operation and maintenance of security systems, including surveillance cameras and alarm systems, to detect and respond to potential threats.

- **Conduct Risk Assessments**: Regularly perform risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and implement corrective measures to mitigate risks.

- **Manage Security Personnel**: Supervise security staff, ensuring appropriate training, scheduling, and performance management to maintain high standards of security.

- **Respond to Incidents**: Act as the primary response team leader for security incidents or emergencies, coordinating with local authorities and ensuring proper documentation.

- **Training and Awareness**: Develop and deliver training programs for staff on security awareness and emergency procedures to promote a culture of safety.
