We are looking for a reliable Security Guard to join our team in Bhubaneswar. The ideal candidate will ensure the safety and security of our premises and the people within it.Key Responsibilities:- Surveillance: Monitor the premises through patrols and surveillance equipment to prevent theft, vandalism, or any suspicious activity.- Control Access: Manage entrance and exit points by checking identification and ensuring only authorized individuals enter the premises.- Respond to Incidents: Act promptly in case of emergencies, such as health issues or security breaches, and notify the appropriate authorities when needed.- Report Writing: Maintain accurate records of daily activities and incidents, helping to create a detailed log for future reference.- Customer Assistance: Provide assistance to visitors and employees, directing them as necessary and ensuring a friendly atmosphere.Required Skills and Expectations:Candidates should have a minimum educational qualification of 10th pass. A basic understanding of security protocols is essential. Effective communication skills are important for interacting with others and reporting incidents clearly. The ability to remain calm under pressure and act decisively in emergencies is crucial. Candidates should be physically fit to conduct regular patrols and stand for extended periods.
