**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Monitor premises:** Regularly patrol the building and surrounding areas to check for any suspicious activity or potential security threats.

- **Control access:** Check the identification of individuals entering the premises to ensure that only authorized personnel are allowed access.

- **Report incidents:** Document and report any unusual occurrences, accidents, or emergencies to the appropriate authorities in a timely manner.

- **Respond to alarms:** Quickly respond to any security alarms or alerts, assessing the situation and taking appropriate action to resolve it.

- **Enforce rules:** Ensure all security policies and procedures are followed by everyone on the property to maintain order and safety.

- **Assist visitors:** Greet and assist guests, providing direction and answering questions to ensure a welcoming environment.

**Required Skills and Expectations:**

The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail, with excellent observational skills to identify any security issues. Good communication skills are important for interacting with visitors and report writing. Candidates should be physically fit and able to stand or walk for long periods. A basic understanding of security systems and protocols is preferred. A high school diploma (12th pass) is required, and previous experience in a security role is a plus, although entry-level candidates are welcome to apply.
