Looking For Security Guard

We are looking for a dedicated Security Guard to ensure the safety and security of our premises in Chennai, India. The ideal candidate will have experience in security roles and a commitment to maintaining a safe environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Monitor Premises: Regularly patrol the property to monitor for any suspicious activity and ensure that all areas are secure.

2. Access Control: Manage entry and exit points by checking identification and ensuring only authorized personnel are allowed access.

3. Incident Response: Respond promptly to any incidents or emergencies, following established protocols to manage the situation effectively.

4. Reporting: Maintain accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and any irregularities observed during shifts.

5. Customer Service: Assist visitors and staff by providing information and maintaining a friendly and approachable demeanor.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates should have completed at least the 10th grade and possess 2 to 8 years of relevant security experience. Strong observational skills and attention to detail are essential for identifying potential risks. The ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing, is important. Candidates should be physically fit and able to handle the demands of the job, including walking and standing for extended periods. A commitment to maintaining a safe and secure environment for all is crucial. The position is full-time and requires working from the office in Chennai.
