SEO Specialist (On-Page, Off-Page & Technical SEO)

We are looking for an experienced SEO Specialist to join our team and help improve the online visibility of our accounting and business consultancy firm in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in developing and executing SEO strategies that generate organic traffic, improve keyword rankings, and increase qualified leads.

Responsibilities

* Perform comprehensive website SEO audits and implement improvements.

* Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.

* Optimize website content, meta titles, descriptions, headings, and internal linking.

* Improve technical SEO, including Core Web Vitals, page speed, crawlability, indexing, and structured data.

* Create and execute high-quality off-page SEO and link-building strategies.

* Optimize Google Business Profile and local SEO for the UAE market.

* Monitor website performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Screaming Frog.

* Identify and fix indexing, crawl, and duplicate content issues.

* Collaborate with content writers to create SEO-friendly content.

* Prepare monthly SEO reports with clear KPIs and recommendations.

Requirements

* Minimum 1 years of proven SEO experience.

* Strong knowledge of on-page, off-page, technical, and local SEO.

* Experience with WordPress and SEO plugins such as Rank Math or Yoast.

* Excellent understanding of Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and PageSpeed Insights.

* Ability to perform competitor research and develop effective SEO strategies.

* Experience in the accounting, finance, or professional services industry is a plus.

* Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
